At Z Wave, we only stock quality products. Products we use ourselves… in our own homes. We rigorously test and review every potential new product – if it’s not up to our high standards, we won’t stock it.

For this reason, in addition to normal manufacturer’s warranties, Z Wave also provides an additional 12 Month Extended Warranty on every product – Free of charge.

Free Extended Warranty

 

We extend all product warranties by 12 months. As an example, if a product on our site includes a 2 year manufacturers warranty, we will automatically extend your warranty by an extra year… to 3 years.

There are no catches or special conditions. We offer this free Extended Warranty because we have complete confidence in the quality of the products we stock.

Making a Warranty Claim

 

Firstly, it is always a good idea to contact us if you are experiencing an issue with one of our products – most times, our support team are able to resolve the issue. If for any reason it cannot be resolved, you can send us a return request via this form. Once we receive your warranty return claim, our support team will asses the fault and repair or replace the product – quickly.

Who Pays for The Postage?

 
We do. After we have assessed your warranty claim, we will email you a Return Postage Label so that your warranty claim will not cost you anything in postage. We will also cover the cost for the repair or replacement product to be sent back to you – we can’t be fairer than that.
