Shipping and Delivery
Our delivery services provide secure and traceable delivery via Australia Post. Orders for in-stock items are normally processed and shipped the same business day (Mon. – Fri.) when ordering before 2 PM – or – next business day when ordering after 2 PM. You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched so you can monitor your delivery progress every step of the way.
Flat Rate Delivery
Z Wave offers a $10 flat rate delivery anywhere in Australia – regardless of the order size. Delivery times for our flat rate service are generally between 2-5 business days (possibly slightly longer for some remote areas of Australia).
Free delivery over $199
Z Wave offers free delivery within Australia for all orders over $199. Delivery times for our free service are generally between 2-5 business days (possibly slightly longer for some remote areas of Australia).
Express Delivery
Z Wave also offers an Express Delivery option. The cost of our express delivery service will vary depending on your order’s dimensions, weight, and destination. The exact cost will be automatically calculated in your shopping cart or on the checkout page once you have provided your postcode. Delivery times for our express service are generally 1-2 business days.
Delivery to New Zealand
For our friends across the pond, we offer three levels of delivery service…
- Economy Air – Delivery is usually within 7-10 business days.
- Standard – Delivery is usually within 5-7 business days.
- Express – Delivery is usually within 3-5 business days.
